Several years ago the following Marvel – Smith Family Bible pages were shared with me.   I am sharing here these pages to benefit you during genealogy research.

The pages of the Marvel-Smith Family Bible are found in a copy of 1818 Collins’s Stereotype Edition of the King James Bible. This bible is the Marvel Family Bible of Edward Page Marvel. Within the pages are valuable information on travels of various family members, marriages and deaths. Some names mentioned in the pages are: Hiram S. Smith, Aaron Marvel (his death on September 3, 1863), David – Nancy and Eliza Boyd, Thomas Marvel and Prissa Harris. These are only a few of the Marvel family names found on the pages.
